2011 Florida Brain Cancer 5k Run/Walk

Sunday, March 6, 2022

Join us for the 2nd Annual Florida Brain Cancer 5k Run/Walk!

Proceeds benefit Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure's innovative research funding program.  In 2010, our inaugural 5k event helped raise funds for brain cancer research at the University of Florida, University of West Florida and University of Center Florida.

About the Run/Walk

The 2011 Florida Brain Cancer 5K is hosted by Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure and will raise funds to support cutting edge brain cancer research projects. This 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for Sunday, March 6, 2022 at the Center Drive Pavilion in John Prince Park, Palm Beach County.

The Florida Brain Cancer 5K is open to participants of all fitness levels and runners will have the option to be timed. The true spirit of the event encourages walkers and runners alike to revel in the community around them and celebrate their fundraising efforts together at this wonderfully spirited event.

Family/Friend Teams and Company Teams will come together with our corporate sponsor partners to enjoy a day of fun, food and music, while providing hope and support to all of our friends and family members affected by this horrible disease.

Based on last year's success we are anticipating 1,000 participants! Click here to check out pictures from our 2010 event.

Friends in the Community
