When Mark reached out to Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure in the summer of 2011 he was still in the hospital after having been diagnosed with stage III brain cancer (mixed glioma). “I love people, I am a fundraiser and I have brain cancer. Where do I sign up?” Since then Mark has helped ABC2 raise significant dollars to achieve the mission of finding a cure. With over twenty years working in the philanthropic world of education, including Dartmouth College, Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, The Verde Valley School and The Putney School, Mark brings a personal, passionate and unique perspective to ABC2.

Mark lives in Walpole, NH with his two daughters Hannah and Libby where they love to cook, go to concerts, bike, kayak, ski and hike.
