Jonathan is General Counsel for Evolent Health, a private, high-growth company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to Evolent Health, he was vice president and deputy general counsel for Coventry Health Care, Inc. Prior to Coventry, he was associate and partner in the Health Care Department of Epstein Becker and Green, P.C. in Washington D.C.
Jonathan's philanthropic interests include education, health, youth athletics and social services. He is past president and member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) of Greater Washington D.C.; former member of the Board of Directors of the Washington Hebrew Congregation; president of the Potomac Soccer Association, member of the Board of Directors, Winston Churchill High School Educational Foundation; and past president and member of the Board of Directors of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Montgomery County, Maryland. Jonathan is also a Race for Hope Co-Chairman. The Race for Hope is the largest single-day fundraiser for brain cancer research raising over $2.4 million in 2011.
Jonathan resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife Jennifer and their three children Zachary, Daniel and Joey.
