Our Partners

Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure firmly believes that idea sharing among patient-driven research foundations, government agencies, medical philanthropists and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies will spark partnerships needed to turn an idea into a concrete new therapy for brain cancer patients. We are proud to work with the following organizations and are always seeking new partners committed to finding a cure.

FasterCures/The Center for Accelerating Medical Solutions is a nonprofit think tank and catalyst for action that works across sectors and diseases to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the medical research enterprise.

In partnership with the V Foundation, we are funding a $1 million research grant to discover and develop new anti-cancer drugs for IDH mutated brain tumors.  IDH is a genetic mutation found in many brain tumors, which is thought to play a key role in their growth.

National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) is a nonprofit organization committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. NBTS aggressively drives strategic research, advocates for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community, and provides patient information.

In partnership with Paul Hale, director of the pediatric division at FBTA, we are funding a new pediatric brain tumor immunotherapy program led by Dr. Duane Mitchell at the University of Florida.

The mission of the Tug McGraw Foundation is to provide resources and hands-on support, foster understanding, promote awareness, and stimulate research and scientific collaboration to improve quality of life for people with brain-related trauma and tumors.
